3.4 SCRATCHING ON THE 10-BALL (10-BALL RULE)
  1. If a shooter is shooting at the 10-ball, fails to pocket the 10-ball and scratches, it is a foul.
  2. If a shooter is shooting at the 10-ball, pockets the 10-ball and scratches, it is a foul and the 10-ball is to be placed on the spot.
